Sheet Pan S’mores

Recently, I needed to deliver a dessert to a bunch hungry boys in a group home……and this was a HIT!!! This is a NO recipe…recipe. Just a reminder you don’t need a bonfire to create this childhood favorite. I could fit 20 s’mores per sheet pan. Place parchment paper the sheet pan for easy cleanup. First you take the graham, then you take the chocolate and then you add the mallow. Broil til toasty. It’s that simple. AND…can we get a collective “high five” for the genius who came up with this shape marshmallow?

Sheet Pan S’mores

Makes 20

  • 20 graham crackers
  • 20 squares of chocolate
  • 20 marshmallows
  • Preheat the broiler in your oven to high. Place 12 graham crackers on a sheet pan. Top each with a piece of chocolate. Top each with a marshmallow.
  • Place the sheet pan in the oven for 1 to 3 minutes – keeping your eye on it the whole time. You want the marshmallows puffed and golden brown on top.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and top with the remaining graham crackers. Serve immediately.
